gatsby quest list
The chester beckers, the leeches doctor webster civet, the hornbeams, the ismays, the chrysties and so on from famous people to socialites and debutantes, and the infamous. Gatsby's parties draw only the most fashionable of people. one person Klipspringer.
1) gatsby was born on a farm in north Dakota, his real name isnt jay gatsby it is James gatz. he attended college for about two weeks then dropped out he attended st. olafs in Minnesota. He worked on lake superior the next summer fishing and digging for clams. when day he came upon dan cody on his beautiful yacht, he went out to him to worn him about a storm coming about, and ended up getting a job as his assistant. and he loved it, but the funny part is he lied and said his name was james gatsby. Gatsby fell in love with the wealthy live and never looked back he took care of dan cody when he got drunk because he was a heavy drinker, this turned gatsby away from drinking. when dan died he left 25,000 to gatsby but dans wife made it so gatsby never seen the money. ever sense he was dedicated to the rich life.
2) these rumors we have heard about gatsby and how he came into wealth are not even close to how he really did it, people said he through these parties to become famous but if that was true he would spend more to host a party then he makes, also people say he has killed a man gatsby hasnt shown us any type of violence or anger, the contrast to the truth because people made things up about him instead of finding the truth and the rumors and the truth are very far apart.
